Take a look at the available properties we have listed on our website. Each property will be updated with either a starting bid or the current bid. Each property will also list when the deadline for accepting offers will be.

Do your research into the property. We will have photos, videos (when available) and all information we have gathered from the seller posted. When you have an offer in mind select 'Make Offer' and submit yours. There are no restrictions placed on offer amounts. Submit what you feel is best.
sellers
choice
We will present all offers to the seller and they will have 24 hours to select their top choice. The buyer with the chosen offer will then be notified by us and we will call to discuss the next steps in the closing process.
